Hello, I'm Zoe and I live in Coventry, with my fiancé and our son, Rupert. I am a strength and physique coach specialising in helping brides-to-be make a physique transformation for the BIG DAY and BEYOND!
My mission is to help you get toned and feel confident on your wedding day! I want to make it simple for you to start your physique transformation journey without having to waste time with “keto”, “fasting”, and all the other “fad and low carb diets”.
In addition to running my Instagram page, working with clients one-to-one, and supporting my members on my Strong not Skinny Program, I am always continuing my nutrition and fitness education, so I can create a variety of affordable and free resources on how to burn fat and sculpt lean curves so you can strut down the aisle feeling beautiful.

Having practiced hot yoga since 2012, I decided it was time to help others find their love for yoga, and have since qualified as a 200hr yoga instructor. I teach at various studios across London, the West Midlands, as well as at PureGym Warwickshire.

As a former chef, I have an obsession with food and nutrition. You may also find me teaching the odd cookery classes at the award-winning cookery school, the School of Wok, Covent Garden, London.

I have always hated my legs and bum.
I spent most of my teenage years and adult life feeling self-conscious about my weight. For years I felt anxious about and ashamed of my body.
So to get a body I actually felt comfortable in, I tried Atkins, Weight Watchers, Slimming World and Keto. I killed myself running 5k and then 10k multiples times a week, trying to get my dream body. There was even that time I did a weird lemon syrup detox…
…And after all that, I STILL didn’t have the body I wanted. A body I felt comfortable showing public or happy in. And I HATED how I looked in swimwear.
My stomach was always flabby. My upper thigh was always bulging and so hard to shift. And my bum was a curious mix of both cellulite-filled AND flat. No matter what I ate (or didn’t eat!) or how religiously I worked out, nothing seemed to drastically change.
My weight and size have always yo-yo'd up and down. I guess that's why they call it yo-yo dieting because that's what I did for far too many years...
...Until I started lifting weights and finding a nutrition strategy that includes eating CARBS. Alongside this, I used my yoga training to work through the blocks in my head that told me ‘you can’t do this'.
Sounds too good to be true but, my body fat started melting away. And in its place: lean, sculpted curves. I *finally* had a shapely bum, a flat stomach, and a gap between my thighs. For the first time in my life, I had (and still have) complete body confidence.
